Cancellation Policy
To cancel a trip that you booked with About Fiji, you must provide a written request. It’s best to send this via email to your Fiji Destination Specialist. There are cancellation charges, which are calculated based on the day the written cancellation request is received by us. The chrage is a percentage of the toal trip price, excluding your trip deposit, credit card processing fees and ticketed airline flights, all of which are non-refundable. All cencelled trip components within your itinerary will incure a 20% administrative fee deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance when booking your trip. We provide travel insurance quotes from our preferred provider to all clients after deposit. You can also purchase travel insurance on your own. Either way, you may be able to recoup most, if not all, the cost of your trip through your travel insurance. Please ask your Destination Specialist for full details before booking.
