Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. All taxes, VAT, GST & Fuel Levies are included in the Price unless specified otherwise. Pricing is subject to availability. Blackout dates and seasonal supplements will apply; these vary by travel vendor and are subject to change.
About Fiji reserves the right to amend prices should we incur increased taxes or any other relevant factors that may result in additional charges. After full payment, prices are guaranteed except only due to an increase in government imposed taxes or fees. By paying your deposit, you understand and agree to the possibility of such increases. About Fiji reserves the right to adjust the amount of any outstanding balances at any time according to Exchange Rate variations.
We require a non-refundable deposit to book airfare and confirm land arrangements. In certain circumstances an additional deposit may be required by hotels, and/or operators to reserve accommodation. You will be notified at time of booking if additional deposits are required.
All deposits paid will be deducted from the final balance. The final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. For all bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at booking. Payment of any money constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions signed by you at the time of booking.

Where flights, where included, include flight Taxes & Fuel levy. Economy Flight Class of Service, unless otherwise noted. Flights maybe based on Fares which cannot be held in advance of purchase, same day ticketing may be required. Additional surcharges may be required by the airline. These are beyond our control.
Airfares are subject to change without notice. Airfares are only guaranteed on the date that full payment is received. Changes in airline flight schedules are beyond About Fiji control. Any increased costs are the responsibility of the passenger. Most airfares are subject to cancellation penalties, change fees and other rules and regulations determined by each airline.
Please confirm your flights with the airlines the day before departure.
Please confirm with the airlines at Check-in that they have all your Frequent Flyer information on record.

If your International Flights were booked and paid through “About Fiji”, then your passport details will be updated into your flight reservations (as required by Law) for the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) “Secure Flight Program”.
About Fiji recommends travel insurance. We will provide a quote after we receive your deposit. You can also purchase travel insurance on your own.

Upgrades that may be available to you: a) International flights from “Economy” to “Premium Economy”, “Business” or “First Class”.
b) Accommodation upgrades to “Five” Star
c) Airport transfers from “Shuttles” to “Private Car Transfers”
d) Island transfers from “Ferry” to “Helicopter”
e) Addition of “Day Tours”. For example: scenic flights, helicopter rides, hot air balloon rides and many more. Please phone for details 1-888-359-2877 (Toll Free within the USA).
Guests may be required to provide refundable credit card pre-authorizations and photo identification at hotel check-in.
Any changes made to the itinerary by the client that result in penalty fees will be the responsibility of the client and not About Fiji (e.g. “fees” resulting from changes to flights, hotel, car or tour bookings). Any itinerary changes requested by the client after bookings are in place will result in a minimum $100 fee from About Fiji. Any changes you make to you vacation after your departure the US will be completely at your own expense. Refunds for unused components will not be issued.
If you suffer from a medical condition (e.g. asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart or lung disorders) or are taking medication, you will be required to present a Medical Form (Certificate of Health) from an accredited Medical Practitioner before diving instructors will allow you to dive. The “24 Hour No Fly” policy applies (i.e. no flying on any airplanes within 24 hours of a dive). Please make sure that you DO NOT plan to dive if you are required to fly the following day. Certified Divers are required to produce their Certification Cards when boarding the boat, please remember to bring your Certification Cards with you.
Inclusions of rental car base rates are different for every vendor. Please ask for full details of inclusions and insurance coverage before booking. No refund on unused days can be made. You will be required to submit a deposit and pay required fees upon receiving your rental car.
About Fiji, its directors, employees, shareholder, agents or other representatives, under any circumstances will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or related to your travel overseas. This limitation of liability includes but is not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of information, income or profit, loss or damage to property and third party claims.
